We apply conformal coating and/or potting to many products and have experience with the following:
Hydraulic fluid particle counters used on Navy ships, aviation products, ultrasound equipment, test equipment, ruggedized hand-held computers used in the military, industrial controls used in outdoor settings, monitoring equipment and sensors used in sawmills, protective equipment for snowmobile riders, surge suppression products and solar energy inverters.
The following are some materials we commonly work with: Conathane EN2541 two part polyurethane potting resin, Humiseal 1B73 and 1B31s acrylic conformal coats, Humiseal 1A20 and Hysol PC18M urethane conformal coats, and Humiseal 1C49LV and 1C55 silicone conformal coats. We also offer Parylene coating using well established third-party suppliers to the Aviation and Military Industries.
We can apply both spray and dip conformal coating and have a controlled heat/humidity chamber in place for curing temperature and/or humidity based cure coatings. Ultraviolet (UV) lamps are used for inspection of applied coatings.
We have experience with epoxy encapsulation, known as potting, into release molds and cased product pour and fill. We are capable of any mix ratio and have experience with heated compounds.
